Changes

* If your room does not meet the criteria above upon inspection, you will be assessed a cleaning fee of $25 per hour unless you can rectify issues before your departure. If an officer is unable to inspect your room before you leave you are still liable for cleaning fines. Please contact me in advance if any of the expectations above are unclear.

* If you plan to leave before your contract ends you are still responsible for any outstanding work shifts (see the [[Members Guide to Work at Escher]]). To avoid fines you should seek a shift swap(s) and, if that fails, submit for a work release. The Discord thread #chores is a great place to find a swap. You can also send a house email by emailing escher@icc.coop.
