Charges are posted monthly by the ICC to RentManager. The [[Treasurer ]] is your best resource for understanding the charges. They can provide a breakdown of when you paid, how much you paid, and what you were charged for.
Charges are posted on the 1st of the month and are due on the 5th of the month. After the 5th, a late fee of $15 is applied if a member has a balance greater than $50. If the balance is not paid off by the 15th, the [[#Debt Rules|eviction process]] begins
