# Fines delinquent kitchen crews according to section 4.2.
# Works with the chef to prepare for inspection by the Health Department. Makes sure the kitchen passes inspection.
# Works with the chef in regards to improving the quality of the food and the performance of cooking crews. Seeks member input on kitchen operations.
# Manages and supervises work holiday in the kitchen.
# Coordinates all kitchen maintenance related jobs with the Maintenance Manager.
