This is an article designed to provide transparency about the results of proposal proposals. These are mainly proposals that modify house rules or operations or constitutional amendments -- not proposals for purchases, unless they're relatively huge.

I'm not suggesting we stop using gloves in the kitchens, they have many other uses.
