The [[Inter-Cooperative Council (ICC)|ICC]] uses [https://www.rentmanager.com/ Rent Manager] to manage housing assignments and contract signing. The [[President]] has access to this system, and can run an audit to get a report of who has signed a contract for Escher. Information includes the contract dates, new member name, and email. The President and [[Vice President of Relations|VP of Relations]] organize this information into a Google spreadsheet. As the VP of Relations performs move-ins, they note who has moved in. There are also typically room swaps and people who decide not to move in after signing a contract. All adjustments must ultimately be reflected in the roster.
