ICC SR Amendments

Right now, this is just a short page including information about an amendment to the Escher House Constitution being put forward by Rowan Price in September of 2021.

The short version of the proposal has a table of where what updates need to be made. The long version has the actual text of each part of the constitution, which you could use to tell if I've done a good job of figuring out where in the ICC Standing Rules we should be pointing to, if you're into that sort of thing. I personally don't think it's a lot more illuminating to see the long one, and I don't want to be printing off that one for every bathroom because it's 4 pages long instead of 1, but I did want it available to the house. When we vote, we'll be voting on the short one, but the changes to the Escher House Constitution will be the same as in the long version.
