Pet Policy

Any member who wishes to bring a pet to Escher must review our pet policy. In the absence of a house standing rule, section 2.8 of the Escher Constitution states:

• The pet policy is reviewed every three years in conjunction with the ICC Membership Committee (now the Operations Committee) according to ICC Standing Rule 12.4 (the constitution listed 8.4, but it seems the ICC re-organized its standing rules).
• Individual pets must be approved in a house meeting. They must also be approved in a suite meeting with 85% suite approval.
• No pets are allowed in Trantor Mir, Walden III, Sinclair, Bag End, and Zapata.
• Pets are allowed in Falstaff, Karma, Russell, and Valhalla.
• Cats may be allowed in large singles in Russell and Karma.
• No dogs are allowed in the house.

Anyone who wishes to bring a pet into Escher must review the ICC's Standing Rule 12.4, which lays out detailed rules. These include an additional monthly charge, aquarium size limits, and other important details.
