Vice President of Relations

The Vice President of Relations coordinates rooming, performs move-ins and move-outs, works with the ICC and other officers to keep an accurate house roster, chairs one forum per house meeting, and sits on the Judiciary Committee.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible to President and House.
2. Coordinates rooming and member rosters with the ICC front desk.
3. Oversees move-in/move-out for non-standard contracts or contract releases.
4. Each Vice President shall chair one of two consecutive House forums.
5. Vice Presidents shall alternate which kitchen forum they chair.
6. Sits on the Judiciary Committee and chairs the Judiciary Committee for any case in 5.4.1.A that concerns the President.
7. Ensures that all occupancy changes are forwarded to the President, Treasurer, Suite Managers and Work Manager.
8. Oversees check-in and check-out procedures for standard contracts in conjunction with the Interim Managers.
