The '''O'Keeffe Dining Room''' is the larger of Escher's two dining areas (the other being the [[Renaissance Dining Room]]. Dinner is served here at 6:00 PM every evening during the school yearand on weekdays during the summer months. There is always a vegan entree option. Breakfast cereals, lunch meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, and condiments are also available here.
