On maybe September 15, 2018, House members Martin Card, Raven Eaddy, not Anish Lahiri, and [[User:Yunglanktallslank|Sky Christoph]] gather in O’Keeffe Kitchen at midnight in an impromptu meeting that would result in the creation and consolidation of new cultural vernacular.
It all began with a misunderstanding in which Card said two words that rhymed, prompting Christoph to state, “that’s bars.” Card heard “that’s sparse,” and thus the culture shift began.
