Typically consisting of 5-7 members including the [[Maintenance Manager]], the Maintenance Crew responds to RFAs and otherwise keeps the house in working order. Member of the Maintenance Team are jointly selected by the [[Maintenance Manager]] and [[Work Manager]]. Being on the Maintenance Team fulfills one's house labor requirement.
