Proposals

A proposal is a request that the house grant labor, funds, space, or approval of a project that a member, or group of members, wish to accomplish for the house, with the house. Project start date, end date (after which no funds or labor will be contributed), those responsible, and specific line item costs should be on a proposal. The background and intent for the proposal is also a wise move.
