RFA stands for Request for Assistance. These are forms to report maintenance and tech issues.
The two types correspond accordingly: Maintenance RFA and Tech RFA
These issues are then reviewed by either or maintenance team or our Tech Advisor, prioritized accordingly, and repaired by members as part of their weekly house [work]. Issues that are not resolvable by are reported to the ICC who will send us their mechanics/technicians. If you have submitted an RFA that hasn't been addressed within a timely manner, contact the Maintenance Manager, Technology Advisor, or the President.
