The Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance team in responding to requests for assistance (RFAs).

Responsible to President and House.
Responds to any member requests for assistance that are not related to technology.
Oversees Escher maintenance crew and tasks.
Checks that the conditions around the House are not detrimental to the recruitment of new members.
Fines delinquent maintenance crews according to section 4.2.
Assists the ICC staff and the City of Ann Arbor in conducting building inspections. Makes sure the House passes building inspections.
Attends monthly meetings with the ICC Director of Annual Maintenance.
Brings proposals to the ICC Maintenance Committee seeking funds on behalf of the House.
