Feb 15-16, 2023: 3 Vegan Meals a Week Proposal:
- Statement
"Currently we have 2 vegetarian/vegan meal a week. We would like to change this to 3 only plant-based dinner nights. The push to eating more plant based options is primarily trying to make Escher more eco friendly :) Giselle is on board if the proposal passes.
Aaron: its a 3 vegan nights a week proposal rather than just 2 vegan/vegetarian meals a night thing."
