Russell is generally located near the middle for most "Suite Culture" metrics. Russell Suite is neither super quiet nor rowdy. It is generally clean (except possibly during the [[Interim Period|interim period]]), and Russellites are quite friendly. Many suite activities consist of hanging out in the Kitchen or watching a TV show or movie in the Lounge, sometimes with refreshments.
