The Rec Room, short for Recreation Room, is Escher's indoor social event space (with the mound being the outdoor counterpart). This room contains ample couches and chairs, a large projector, dual monitors and a surround-sound system, a karaoke setup, a ping-pong table, and a dance pole. Any member may use the Rec Room at any time except during quiet hours or when a meeting is in progress.
The Officers, House Council, and Judiciary Committee all meet here. The board of the Inter-Cooperative Council (ICC) also meets here regularly.
