The Assistant Kitchen Manager (AKM) are members chosen by the Kitchen Manager to provide supplemental support in fulfilling their duties. Being an AKM fulfills one's house labor requirement. For more on their responsibilities, see the description below.
 
The amount and type of officer assistants will vary based on operational needs. In Winter 2023, we have 5 [[Assistant Kitchen Manager|Assistant Kitchen Managers]] (commonly referred to as AKMs), 1 [[Assistant Work Manager]], 2 [[Sustainability Assistant|Sustainability Assistants]], 2 [[Health Coordinator Assistant|Health Coordinator Assistants]], and 1 [[President Assistant]]. The respective officers are given the freedom to choose the members they see as the most fit for these positions within the limits of the operational restraints that the Work Manager communicates to them. To provide descriptions of each I will be asking the folks currently occupying them to help me fill out their pages with info on their weekly duties. I will update these respective pages as I receive responses.
