RFA stands for Request for Assistance. These are forms to report when house appliances or amenities are broken. It is everyone's job to report issues so we keep our house in working order! <br>

Maintenance RFA
Tech RFA

These issues are then reviewed by either the Maintenance Manager or our Technology Advisor, prioritized accordingly, and repaired by your housemates as part of their house labor. Issues that are not resolvable by are reported to the ICC who will send us their mechanics/technicians. If you have submitted an RFA that hasn't been addressed within a timely manner, contact the Maintenance Manager, Technology Advisor, or the President.
