Typically consisting of 5-7 members including the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Crew responds to RFAs and otherwise keeps the house in working order. Members of the Maintenance Team are jointly selected by the Maintenance Manager and Work Manager. Being on the Maintenance Team fulfills one's house labor requirement.
