Because contracts Contracts are signed at the ICC (through the [[ICC Staff#Director of Housing Services|ICC Director of Housing Services]]), but move-ins are ultimately performed by [[Interim Managers]] and the [[Vice President of Relations]], so communication is vital for ensuring that everyone ends up with a room (and also the correct room) and on the email list.
