The Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance team in responding to requests for assistance (RFAs).

Responsibilities
- Responsible to President and House.
- Responds to any member requests for assistance that are not related to technology.
- Oversees Escher maintenance crew and tasks.
- Checks that the conditions around the House are not detrimental to the recruitment of new members.
- Fines delinquent maintenance crews according to section 4.2.
- Assists the ICC staff and the City of Ann Arbor in conducting building inspections. Makes sure the House passes building inspections.
- Attends monthly meetings with the ICC Director of Annual Maintenance.
- Brings proposals to the ICC Maintenance Committee seeking funds on behalf of the House.
