The Vice President of Relations coordinates rooming, performs move-ins and move-outs, works with the ICC and other officers to keep an accurate house roster, chairs one forum per house meeting, and sits on the Judiciary Committee.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to President and House.
- Coordinates rooming and member rosters with the ICC front desk.
- Oversees move-in/move-out for non-standard contracts or contract releases.
- Each Vice President shall chair one of two consecutive House forums.
- Vice Presidents shall alternate which kitchen forum they chair.
- Sits on the Judiciary Committee and chairs the Judiciary Committee for any case in 5.4.1.A that concerns the President.
- Ensures that all occupancy changes are forwarded to the President, Treasurer, Suite Managers and Work Manager.
- Oversees check-in and check-out procedures for standard contracts in conjunction with the Interim Managers.
