Work Holiday is an opportunity to clean the house in areas that don't typically get cleaned on a weekly basis. Each member must contribute 4 hours of labor (in addition to regular chores) on the weekend voted on by the house near the beginning of each semester. Sign-up sheets will be posted outside the laundry room. On the sheet you will see make-up slots for if you can't make it, but please try to sign up for a shift if you can. Either way you'll have to contribute 4 hours, and if you come to Work Holiday you'll get donuts for breakfast and pizza for lunch on Saturday!

Here’s stuff we do (almost) every time:
- Deep clean each suite
- Steam clean carpet and upholstery
- Clean common spaces: kitchens, laundry room, music room, rec room, bike room, fitness room, etc.
- Make lunch for everyone
- Clean the office, sort mail
- Clean the trunk room
- Primp the grounds
- Prep for the after party (!)
Do you have an idea for a project that could improve the house? Email the President with project proposals (see example below) and they will be voted on at the next House Meeting. If approved the house will buy any necessary supplies and labor! Make sure these are submitted at least in time for the House Meeting before Work Holiday occurs, remembering that House Meetings occur bi-weekly.
