Escher employs its our own private chef to prepare dinner and provide lunch materials for members. [http://www.abbreviations.com/b1.aspx?KEY=229360 GUFF] (General Unspecified Free Food) food is available in the central kitchen twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Vegan, vegetarian and omnivorous options are available at all meals and those with food allergies are accommodated. If youhave an allergy, please contact the [Kitchen Manager] to inquire about options.
During the Fall and Winter semesters dinner is served seven days a week except for during school (University of Michigan) holidays, to include study breaks. Over the Spring/Summer semester dinner is served only on weekdays. [[Chef Giselle ]] took the place of [[Chef Lynn ]] in Fall 2022.
